1.General

  • These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all customers who subscribe to the CSJ Roofing Ltd Roof Care Plan (“Plan”), whether Basic or Premium.
  • By purchasing the Plan, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

2.Services Included

  • Services are provided as outlined in the Plan description (Basic or Premium) on our website.
  • The scope of services is strictly limited to those listed. Any additional work not covered under the Plan will be quoted separately.

3.Service Frequency & Scheduling

  • Services such as gutter cleans, inspections, or tile replacements will be carried out during normal working hours, subject to weather conditions and availability.
  • Customers will be contacted in advance to arrange a convenient appointment.

4.Tile Replacements

  • Free tile replacements are limited to the number stated in the relevant Plan (per visit).
  • Only standard, readily available tiles will be supplied. Specialist or discontinued tiles may incur additional charges.
  • Tile replacements are carried out on a like-for-like or nearest-match basis.

5.Repairs & Emergency Call-Outs (Premium Plan only)

  • Minor repairs are limited to small patch repairs (e.g., flashing, joints, or minor leaks). Anything requiring extensive labour or materials will be quoted separately.
  • Emergency call-outs are subject to availability and apply only to urgent roofing issues (e.g., storm damage, leaks).

6.Exclusions

The following are not included under either Plan:

  • Full roof replacements, re-roofing, or major structural works.
  • Works requiring scaffolding (unless agreed and quoted separately).
  • Interior damage caused by roof leaks or condensation.
  • Removal of moss or algae.
  • Work on asbestos materials.

7.Payment Terms

  • The Plan is charged monthly by direct debit or annual payment upfront.
  • Failure to maintain payments may result in suspension or cancellation of the Plan.

8.Term & Cancellation

  • The Plan runs on a rolling monthly basis (or 12 months if paid annually).
  • Customers may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice.
  • No refunds will be issued for unused services where an annual payment has been made.

9.Liability

  • CSJ Roofing Ltd will exercise reasonable care and skill when carrying out services.
  • We shall not be liable for pre-existing roof defects, hidden structural issues, or damage outside the scope of the Plan.
  • Guarantees on any works carried out under the Plan are limited to the workmanship of that specific repair or replacement.

10.Amendments

  • CSJ Roofing Ltd reserves the right to amend these T&Cs or pricing with 30 days’ notice to customers.
